I can understand that personal items such as toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided, but you are a four-star hotel and you don't even provide slippers. There is a smell in the room. There are no other facilities except the bed and two chairs. There is also a TV that cannot be connected. There is no toiletries in the bathroom. There are only two bottles of shower gel and shampoo that have been used by many people. It doesn't feel like a four-star hotel at all, but an old one-star hotel. And when I ordered it, it showed a sea view room, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was a system error in the room inside. It was really a bad experience.

todo muy bien, el  lugar, el personal, el restaurant, el silencio para dormir,  si muy completo, cuando me fui me olvide de decir algo muy importante, el WC de mi cuarto 203 pierde agua, tiene una gotera interna que cae de la caja de agua al WC, si el sanitario se pone de tras luz la ve caer, al fin del dia es mucha agua que se va por nada, grasias.
